Job Responsibilities

As an IT Support Intern, you will:

• Assist with on-site client visits to System Troubleshooting problems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide basic remote support (phone/email/tools)
• Support hardware and software installation and setup.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks.

Network and System Tasks

• Help maintain LAN/WAN networks.
• Help set up POP3 email accounts.
• Support Outlook setup and data file management.
• Learn router and switch configuration (including MikroTik basics)

Active Directory Management:

• Assist in creating and managing user accounts.
• Support implementation of basic security practices.
